Since I've posted a Betty Cooper Lookbook months ago,  posting one for Veronica Lodge seems most appropriate.  This has been at the back of my mind for a long time and I couldn't shake it off anymore so here goes.

023: The Jones

I've always been tickled by the thought of down-to-earth, non-materialistic rich people.  I love the idea of Warren Buffet with his 20+ year old vehicle (or so I've heard) and Mark Zuckerberg still sleeping on a mattress on the floor even when he's already worth US$1B.

What I also love is that these rich people are way beyond the "Keeping up with the Jones'" mentality.  After all, they could unquestionably afford what the Jones' have... and more.

022: Rockstars

I believe most pre-teen/teenage girls go through "I am gaga over this boyband/heartthrob singer" phase.  This includes Beatles, Elvis Presley, Menudo, NKOTB, Backstreet Boys, Justin Bieber, etc (whatever your age bracket is).

Because I consider that phase to be one of the happiest in my life, I was inspired to create this comic strip.

021: A Good Deed

Meet the latest character as posted in the last Profile Card.  This time a puting dwende named LoveJoy.  Finally a good Filipino Myth character type!  So far, I have only those "evil","sinister" beings (packaged in cuddly versions).  Now I have a cuddly being in an even cuddlier version!

020: Itim na Dwende Bootcamp

The lives of our Itim na Dwendes are a little bit more complicated than we thought!  Here they are learning how to be world-class itim na dwendes --

A little bit of glossary:
* Itim na Dwende -- black dwarf; a mischievous beings that wreak havoc to humans in Filipino Folklore
** Puting Dwende -- white dwarf; counterpart of black dwarves.  Supposedly they are friendlier and doesn't harm humans.
